About the Role
As Community Solutions continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Services Administrator to join our Specialist Services team in Bokarina.
Reporting to the Business Lead (NDIS & Community), you will be the first point of contact for NDIS Specialist Services enquiries, providing exceptional customer service while supporting client onboarding, referral management, administration, and billing functions.
This role is ideal for a highly organised administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and welcoming experience for NDIS participants, families, and stakeholders via phone and email
- Prepare and complete onboarding documentation for Support Coordination and Positive Behaviour Support services
- Monitor and follow up outstanding onboarding requirements to ensure timely commencement of services
- Manage shared inboxes, responding to and redirecting enquiries as appropriate
- Assist with invoicing, billing activities, and account follow-ups
- Maintain accurate client records, spreadsheets, caseload data, and service information
- Provide administrative support to the wider Specialist Services team
About You
You are a confident communicator, strong administrator, and someone who enjoys working with both people and systems.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a busy administrative or customer service role
- Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Well-developed communication skills and a positive, professional approach
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Highly Desirable
- Knowledge of the NDIS and related systems such as Carelink and D365
- Experience in onboarding, invoicing, billing, or compliance-related administration
- Experience supporting a disability, healthcare, or community services team
